Meet Dan Weikel, a lifelong
local and small business owner
running to represent California’s
District 42 in the State Assembly.

Dan Weikel grew up in Westlake Village and has called District 42 home since 1980.

Raised by a nurse and an anesthesiologist, he’s built a life here—attending local schools, raising a family, and building a nationally recognized marketing business in the region.

Whether swimming the Malibu coast, hiking the Santa Monica Mountains, or climbing Mount Whitney for charity, Dan believes in showing up and giving back.

He currently serves as Traffic Commissioner for Thousand Oaks and is a graduate of the Leadership Conejo program.
